Astro Glider

This is part of an original installation called "The Offering" which was part of the Costume Guild Symposiun in Calgary, Canada 2001. Anais is wearing a dupion silk overcoat embroidered with hand blown murano glass beads over a holographic fabric corset and a silk chiffon skirt. Her head dress is embellished with baroque brocade ribbon and gold leaf trimmings symbolizing the 12 astrological signs. This installation was awarded Best in Show.
