Meet Natalie Brown: dancer, model, actor. Natalie is a powerhouse of talent and this is what I conveyed in her dance competition costume. We began with holographic pleather and Swarovski embellished illusion mesh fabrics.Then it was fashioned into a red hot ensemble that included spats to be worn over her dance shoes.
