Terms of Service
Ordering a custom-made costume is a unique and satisfying experience. You will have the opportunity to own a wearable art piece that has been created just for you. Custom Designing is a slow and detail-oriented process, but one that will be worth the time and price. Please read our terms of service below:
- All orders are payable in advance. We are not a bank, banks do not make costumes, ergo we cannot finance your order.
- Turnaround time depends upon the nature of the design and current workload. Keeping this in mind, please allow for at least 4-6 weeks for the completion of your order.
- All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions.
- Custom orders begin at $1000.00 Alterations begin at $100.00
- The deadline for ordering a Halloween costume is Sept 15, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Regretfully we do not make pillows or curtains.
